We regret to announce that the public launch of the Revolights bike lighting system is delayed three months, from late March 2012 to late June 2012. While this was a very tough decision, we strongly believe that it is the right one.

Product development is a tricky art. While it follows a generally predictable timeline, various challenges invariably arise along the way. As we address each design hurdle, we then re-evaluate our timeline.

While we’ve done all we can to stick to our original March launch date, we feel it is important to be realistic, and to be transparent about the status of our development process. We just wouldn’t feel right launching an “acceptable” product in order to maintain our original timeline. We take this delay very seriously, and assure you it remains our goal to provide the highest quality, most cost-effective bike lighting system possible, and to get it to you as soon as possible.
