So it happened upon chance that we re-encountered each other at a party in late 2010.  We drank some dark beers, and conversation quickly moved on to:

Kent: “Hey man, check out this idea I’ve got for a bike light.  Let me show you some video on my phone.”

Me: “Dude, let’s start a business plan.”

… born was a concept primed for development.
