To develop the idea we needed a few things, the first of which was a team.  So to ensure we had enough human hours to complete the development task, we built a team.

Kent - the inventor.  Our technical powerhouse.  Commands multiple Mechanical Engineering degrees.  In his other life, works in the field of medical diagnostics.  

Jim - the inspirational speaker.  Capable of presenting on any topic, at any time, in any location.  Has a particular love for fantasy football, excel spreadsheets, and golf; not necessarily in that order.  When not on his free time, he works in the biotech industry.

Adam - the mad scientist.  Often loses his train of thought, and thinks out loud.  Kicked for his high school football team, and owns a 1971 Volkswagon bus; everyone on board.  He spends most nights and weekends working in the biotech industry also.
