Wow. So as we bet you can imagine, lately things have been picking up speed quickly here at Revolights. We’re just now settling into our newer project responsibilities, and really starting to see what Revolights is set to become. We have moved from the pre-launch excitement of what can/might be; to the post-launch love/passion for what we have created, and will create. Our motivations are on high.
As of Wednesday August 17th, we’d received 89 standard and 101 custom pre-orders of the Revolights bike lighting system. We are stoked; just so excited about the reception this entire project is getting. We feel the support, and are now really beginning to envision the future…

…mainly because early in the morning on the 17th at 12:13am PST we hit, and quickly blew by our initial funding goal of $43,500 (on day 8 of 49). This ensures that the project will be funded and financially able to proceed. Yet funding does not end here! Instead, we hope that the word about the Revolights bike lighting system continues to spread, and support continues to grow. This huge confirmation has only inspired us more. Articles about the Revolights bike lighting system were written by huge publications such as (click on the link to view the articles): Reuters, Popular Science Magazine, Fast Company, PCWorld, Westword, and Gizmodo just to name a few. These articles and blogs have increased traffic to both our kicstarter page, and blog. All in one week? Yeah, that’s crazy. Our kickstarter campaign remains in its infancy, and yet the out pouring of support has already proven unimaginable. Cheers to that.
Yet we have some lofty goals still for the Revolights bike lighting system. And now, more than ever, because of the support of our many kickstart backers, we get the opportunity to make them a reality… so a serious, and sincere thanks for that too. We look forward to writing again soon!
